I have over 20 years in Human Resources management at the department head level. I have extensive training in Labor Relations and conflict management. I have been a labor negotiator and have managed union contracts. I also have done extensive work in development and delivery of training on all facets of Human Resources. I also teach Human Resources and other business related courses at the college level.
