Nonprofit Accelerator, LLC (NPA) partners with effective and experienced nonprofit leaders to form in-depth partnerships with clients nationwide to support their leaders vision, increase their revenues, and build more sustainable nonprofit organizations.
Founder and Principal: Bonnie Hilory specializes in grant research, a passion of hers, and enjoys creating an ecosystems for volunteers and staff to collaborate in researching funders and creating pipelines to support nonprofit; accelerating their mission. She also enjoys supporting volunteer and leadership recruitment, coaching senior leadership on strategic direction and goal setting.
Bonnie serves as the first contact and project manager for all Nonprofit Accelerator inquiries, aligning the needs of nonprofits with the skills of our associates. With over 40 years of experience in various roles, including program development, fundraising, marketing and communication, brand management, board governance, and executive leadership, Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Types of Clients Served: Launched in 2020, NPA serves nonprofit organizations and small to mid-sized businesses with annual budgets typically ranging from $150,000 to $10 million+. We accept start-ups on a case-by-case basis and provide remote services across multiple time zones.
About our Accelerator Associates: Our alliance of independent consultants, selected for their expertise, passion, and lived experiences, ensures we meet or exceed our clients' needs. What makes NPA unique is our ability to collectively listen to our clients' needs and address their unmet needs or opportunities, often resulting in saving time and money for the client.
