Pricing
The Accelerator team offers three pricing options:
Hourly Rate, by project, popular for website development:
With a not-to-exceed cap.
Monthly Retainer, popular for Grant Management:
With a not-to-exceed cap.
Flat Rate: NPA associates on occasion offer various flat rates. Examples are completing audits on the usage of Raisers Edge, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Constant Contact, and grant prospecting.
All work-for-hire contracts with NPA will have a Letter of Engagement (LOE) signed by both the client and NPA associates assigned to the project. If the project scope changes, a change order will be used to ensure agreement on the new direction and clarify anticipated costs and timelines.
For nonprofits looking to set up a collaborative workspace for grant management (research, writing, reports), we offer a flat project-based rate to set up the grant space.
Each associate sets their own rate, which will be shared during our complimentary discovery call. Nonprofit Accelerator LLC provides a Letter of Engagement signed by both parties via DocuSign and requires pre-payment to get started. We no longer accept checks and request payments through ACH or credit card via our invoicing system. We invoice monthly.
Bonnie Hilory, Founder of Nonprofit Accelerator, is a member of the Puget Sound Grantwriters Association and adheres to their ethical standards, which prohibit grant writers from working on commission or a percentage basis. Additionally, many grantmakers disapprove of contingency fees and may refuse to fund organizations that pay consultants this way.
